Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at our official support email. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or you have received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by AS-SORTED, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your purchase meets our return eligibility requirements.
